How often can I schedule service?
Choose twice-weekly, weekly, or biweekly service, or request a one-time yard cleanup. Spring and holiday/event cleanups are also available. An additional $5 holiday cleanup fee applies.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Recurring service does not require a long-term contract.
Do you offer senior or veteran discounts?
Yes. Senior and veteran discounts are available. Contact us for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online invoicing is our primary payment method. Cash or check may also be accepted when you’re present.
Do my dogs need to be inside?
Yes. Dogs must be secured inside during service so we can safely access and clean your property. Please make sure the service areas are accessible. We’ll provide detailed customer policies during the estimate and onboarding process.
What happens during bad weather?
Service may occasionally be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. Weather-related service decisions are made at our discretion with safety and service quality in mind.
When do you normally provide service?
Normal service is Monday through Friday. Weekends may be used for holiday cleanups or weather-related scheduling and delays. We’ll send you a text when we’re on our way; exact arrival times are not promised.
